Cancellation Terms and Policy
Treatment must be cancelled no later than 48 hours prior otherwise a non-refundable full payment of treatment is due. Cancellation can be made via phone, text or email. If done prior to 48 hours, appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled via the app.
When using a gift voucher for your treatment and you are needing to cancel within 48 hours we will require a non-refundable payment of $50.
Gift Vouchers Terms and Policy
Gift Vouchers can be purchased via our app, website or in our salon. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years and are non refundable. If the treatment is no longer offered we can revert the gift voucher back to a dollar amount. Expired gift vouchers are to be used between Monday to Wednesday only. Not valid on products.
